I’ll suppose you mean the canon Pearl and Sapphire we know.

In my personal opinion, I’d say their fusion would be calm and collected—by first glance.

Sapphire has a tendency to bottle up her negative feelings, while Pearl tries to repress them but ends up lashing out. Both, in their own way, try to conceal their own feelings until they simply can’t hold them in anymore. Their fusion would be affected by this as well; they’re a gem who tends to shun from others when they feel down or angry

I’d say they’re kind and motherly. They care for those around them and show it through lots of affection: hugs, pats on the head and lots of spoiling are a common sight when they’re around.

There can be more you can explore with them, but these are some basics I think would apply!

Pearls in general “are told to give purity, promote faith, charity and integrity, especially personal integrity.” “They are absorbing by nature (…). If feeling excessively negative while wearing a pearl, it will hold that energy until it is worn again” (x)

Additionally, when it comes to gems, it is said “purple is the color of good judgment”. It gives you a peace of mind. It symbolizes magic, mystery and specially royalty. (x)

I would say, in that case, Purple Pearl is a really calm, collected gem. They can be really serious, but there’s this aura about them that makes you feel calm and relaxed near them.

And that might actually hold something deeper to it! Maybe they have the ability to relax other gems’ senses, holding it all in themselves even if they don’t show it. It could pretty difficult to handle if it goes on for way too long!

They know how to read other people’s expressions and to judge scenes from different perspectives before jumping to conclusions. In fact, this might make them quite a think-before-acting kind of gem, focusing over and over on having always a plan in case of an emergency or as a backup.

They’re really empathic, but they enjoy their time alone since that way their own sensations aren’t constantly interfering with other people’s.

Now, for gems like these, I feel like a sort of long sword or staff would fit them quite well! I would say something like a Scimitas, a Shamshir, a Hwando, a Rapier, a Ahlspiess or a Ranseur would work nicely!

If you want to go with the idea of a fusion, I would recommend Green Tourmaline, Grossular Garnet or Tsavorite Garnet with Aquamarine, Blue Topaz, Indicolite or Green Topaz!

As for a job, well, we’ve seen in the show Emerald is a commander or a high rank pilot of sorts!

And about their personality... let’s see!

Emerald is called the stone of the heart because it represents mercy, compassion and universal love. (x) It helps you let go of negativity, letting you overcome any problems in your life and create positive vibes. (x)

So I think Emerald would be a pretty optimistic, confident gem! Someone chipper and enthusiastic who liked being there for those close to them.

They always seem to know just what to say to cheer others up! They’re not necessarily good at advice, but they will always find a way to at least distract the others fro their problems so they can come back at them later with a fresh mind.

They don’t like fighting and will avoid it at all costs, so they tend to be on the suppoprt side of their team, ready to backup if it’s necessary, find a way to get the others out of trouble and try to solve things calmly.

Being with others is what keeps them going through the day, and being alone for too long might actually make them feel a bit down now and then! If it were for them, they wouldalways be next to their friends.

So I’d suggest a personality of someone who is carefree and excitable, with lots of willpower. They could also be really rebellious or emotionally strong. And perhaps they would be good at giving advise. Or they could be good at coming up with plans or ideas.

And finally, weapon. Based on the above, I think a bow and arrow could work. Bows have an association with free-spirited people, and they were an icon of the Greek and Roman god of the sun, Apollo. Other weapons I can see as a fitting weapon are chakrams or wind and fire wheels. They could also have a weapon made out of the elements they wield, such as the above weapons or a sword made out of plasma or fire.

Let’s see; apparently K2 Stone/Jasper/Rock/Granite is a stone of insight and higher awareness. Perhaps they are a wise, stoic gem who you can always get insight and advice from. It also balances strength with gentle wisdom, so they could be strong personality-wise as well as physically.

As a stone that comes from the mountain range that contains the K2 Summit, which is the second highest mountain in the world, I feel powers/abilities relating to mountains in some way would be the most fitting. Here’s some abilities I would suggest considering:

Superhuman Durability, to be as durable as a mountain.

Superstrength, to be as strong as a mountain.

Density manipulation, making K2 capable of making themselves or their targets heavy- potentially even to the weight of a mountain.

Size manipulation, so that K2 could potentially make themselves much bigger and tower over others like a mountain.

Earth manipulation, for the obvious fact that mountains are made out of rock.

Cold/Ice Manipulation, due to large mountains being heavily associated with their snowy and cold environments

Ice Breath, for the same reasons as above.

Ice/Earth Constructs, also for the same reasons for the above powers for Ice and Earth.

Keeping the above powers and personality in mind, maybe K2s are responsible for the construction of Kindergartens. Their wisdom could benefit them in the way it would help an architect, helping them plan out the perfect layout and depths to dig the kindergarten. While their strength and durability can help them with the heavy lifting when needed. Such as carrying equipment, clearing rubble, or bringing in the injectors for creating gems.

Depending on if you pick one of the earth or ice-based powers, they could potentially be a great help in digging out the kindergartens. The earth based powers could easily remove much earth in a short period of time. While the ice could be used to erode away at the ground rock much like a glacier- but quicker. Ice can also be used to penetrate the ground, letting it melt into water, and refreezing in a similar way to erosion caused by thawing.

If that job doesn’t appeal to you, perhaps an architect for designing and planning out buildings and structure could work. Their abilities could mean they could aid Bismuths in building things to plan.

Now, for the weapons. Going off of what I’ve suggested already, I feel like the following would make good potential weapons:
