Stevonnie - An "incredibly attractive" talented teen (and, we know how he feels about connie, it's pretty canon)

Smoky quartz - silly and fun, yet strong, with self worth issues. (Steven sees amethysts self worth issues more than anyone else (and has since the start. But he also sees her as the fun one, and someone incredibly strong)

Rainbow quartz 2.0 - Mary Poppins type figure, babysitter, very parental (pearl was always the protective one, and the main maternal figure despite not actually being his mother, who always knew what to do for the best in his eyes, like a really good full-time babysitter)

Sunstone - Really "cool", leadership abilities, can always see danger, knows something the others dont [the fourth wall breaks] (garnet always protected Steven physically, led everyone, and always seemed to know what was going on and what to do. Shes also the only crystal gem to never show actual weakness, since all her issues are Ruby and sapphire rather than her, at least in the early show, building her up as physically and emotionally the strongest to Steven)

Steg - we don't see much of him, but he's a really cool rockstar, who seems famous, strong and basically like. The coolest person ever, at least to a young kid. (Steven always saw his dad as an awesome rockstar rather than what he really was, idolizing him)
