Ah, yeah, I can imagine that basically every suggestion you'd get for Moonstone powers would be related to space; while that would be cool, sometimes you want something unique ya know?

Powers for Moonstone (not space related):

Night vision

Gravity manipulation (can manipulate the gravity of others and themself at will)

Nightmare and/or dream control (maybe they can only enter dreams, or control/induce them entirely!)

Can create detailed and realistic illusions, like holograms Pearl can make, but they look extremely realistic

- Water Manipulation

- Weather Manipulation

- Subjugation

- Telekinesis

- Sonic Scream

Most blue gems are associated with water, but here’s a few I found that are associated with earthy personality traits or do have an association with earth.

Callaghanite is a rare crystal that encourages rational thinking, removes obstacles from your way, and encourages confidence and growth of strength in your character. 

Halite encourages independent thought as well as initiative, and blue halite stimulates intuition. Additionally Halite is also known as rock salt, and that could help play into controlling rocks.

Hemimorphite is a protective stone that encourages inner strength, and can also encourage love and compassion. Some more traits that might be associated with a loving earth character.

Sodalite encourages self-discipline, efficiency, rational thought, and intuition. Definitely a gem with associations befitting for someone who controls rocks.

Turquoise is associated with the element of earth and can range from green to blue in color.

Goshenite is sometimes used to imitate other gemstones such as Emerald or Diamond, so maybe some form of advanced shapeshifting where they can change their voice or even the appearance of their gem to match who they’re shapeshifting into could work.

Apparently, it is a stone that helps energise your brain and “increase mathematical abilities” so maybe enhanced intelligence or an incredibly accurate or photographic memory would be fitting.

It is also said to encourage truthfulness, so maybe they could prevent gems from lying, or see when somebody is lying? 

Well, the obvious and slightly cheesy choice would be something to do with flowers, like controlling or summoning flowers. Maybe they could make different flowers depending on if they are a pink or white Petalite.

Apparently, Petalite helps to remove negative energies. Perhaps they could be able to remove the energy or light from a gem, making them gem weak and tired, and use it to their own advantage, such as making themselves stronger or charging a weapon.

Also, it's said to promote communication between the physical and spiritual worlds. Maybe they could communicate with poofed, shattered, or corrupted gems - or perhaps have telepathy. Maybe they could even talk to plants!
