if the non-jewish population of a country or area stayed the same or grew, but the (sizable) jewish population dropped to under 130 people, then...well, those claiming there wasn't persecution had better have some extraordinary evidence.

Jesus wasn't spared, He was persecuted even to the point of death. God's people have been persecuted right through the ages. You may think, that doesn't happen anymore. Even today, some of our Christian brothers and sisters face death every single day.
While you and I are worried about trivial matters like "what to wear" or "what to eat", many of our fellow believers are paying the ultimate price for following Jesus.
Every day I get messages from "Persecution Relief" requesting prayer for various pastors and missionaries, wrongly convicted under various charges. Let's take a few moments to pray for the persecuted believers, for boldness and strength.
Each day it is getting tougher for Christians to survive in India. Citing a few examples to help everyone understand how bad the situation is .
1.A poor man selling Christmas caps and Santa outfits on the roadside is told to stop it claiming that this is a Hindu nation.
2. Christmas tree deco was removed and stars burned in Assam by goons.
3. A pastor being shouted at and questioned for using the Bible and screaming that we don't need foreign books.
4. A blind lady and her young child are assaulted for attending a Christmas program.
5. Multiple instances of randomly entering prayer halls and house churches accusing religious conversion.
Threatening people belonging to rural areas to not gather on Sundays for worship. Filing false cases against pastors and evangelists.
The list goes on so please pray for Indian Christians.
