I had some really bad struggles this week in pole, but some successes as well, and I need to start choosing to celebrate those. 1: #pdshouldermount on my *non-dominant* side! 2&3: #pdcirclespin to #pdreversegrab also on my *non-dominant* side! 4: this really cool #forearmhandstand that I can now nail every time. 5: a 2-handed #handstand on to the pole into a #pdlayback (well, I can sometimes do it, with an unnecessary mat behind the pole, starting from almost at the ground. But that's the best it's been in the several weeks I've been trying to do it 😛) 6&7: a repeat of #pdherkyjerky with a couple better angles for video. (Next step: doing it on spin pole!)
