I've been feeling frustrated with my body and upset and angry with myself because of it lately. Since June I've gained back as much weight as I'd lost in the last year and a half, and as determined as I am to lose it and as hard as I'm trying the scale is not budging. I look at myself and I don't like what I see. I feel fat, and lumpy, and jiggly in all the wrong ways, and all around gross. So I decided tonight to recreate my very first pole pic, If nothing else so I could to see my progress and hopefully see what other people see. The first picture was taken 5 years (and 9 days) ago. This was taken about 3-4 months into my pole journey, because I was too ashamed of my body for pictures. R for #christmaspolechallenge was a challenge haha so here are my first ever #pdrussianlayback attempts were a fail... then I tried some #pdreversegrab action which doesn’t work well in this room and then tried a #pdrainbow which if I did it correctly to the photo I saw, is esssentially a cross knee release haha so idk but I tried!! @melania_poledance @diamondpolewear
