It's been a really rough mental health week and I realized I lost a lot more that I thought in the nearly year I didn't do pole: strength, stamina, skills, and (most heartbreaking) confidence. So here's a video from when I still felt competent and had all of these. The hope was to have the strength, skills, and stamina back in time for my studio's December showcase and maybe do a competition in the next year or so. Now I'll settle for maybe having them back someday.
