I love #pdspidermonkey, but have never been able to figure out how to get my body to do it. Another poler posted this transition from #pdseatedknot to get there and it changed the game!!! Yesterday was an unbelievably shitty day, worst I've had in a while. It's been building up all week, just a question of when I'd reach my mental breaking point. (I even warned my amazing teacher @she_thewhitetiger that I'd get frustrated with myself and start crying in class, which ended up not happening! Yay!!). For anyone wondering about the feasibility and comfort of poling with a mask on, I poled for 2.5 hours, teaching beginner and taking advanced. After a while the only time I noticed I was wearing one was when I grabbed a drink. Awesome class last night!
