This is possibly my favourite pasta to make: strozzapreti. The name means choke-priests, and it's a cheeky joke made at the expenses of the clergy, who was once upon a time thought to be greedy and gluttons. Apparently priests were so fond of this pasta, that they would eat it so quickly to choke on it!
