“these edibles suck, dude — i can’t feel shit.” josie popped another brownie into her mouth, already high enough that she made a rookie mistake — taking more before the previous edible had time to work through her system. she carried on, using any opportunity to take a jab at dawson. “did you have a little betty crocker moment and bake them yourself?” giving him a faux aw, a sympathetic pout formed on the brunette’s features. as she blinked up at him, the rookie mistake immediately came back to bite her in the ass. “huh.” with a tilt of her head, josie’s teeth sunk into her lower lip as she held dawson’s gaze. “your eyes are really blue. have they always been that blue?”

“no ?” he decides to call her bluff , every syllable that leaves her mouth going in through one ear and out the other . instead , stepping closer ( a little too close ) as fingertips reach to play with the ends of her hair , “are you sure about that ?” it’s rhetorical of course — “on a scale of one to ten , how positive are you ?”
