Bacon wrapped frog legs 2 pounds cleaned frog legs 1 pound bacon All purpose seasoning Olive oil BBQ sauce for glaze Toothpicks 1. Thaw and clean the frog legs if frozen 2. Apply a small amount of olive oil to the legs. 3. Season lightly with AP seasoning or your own favorite 4. Wrap the legs at the thicker thigh part with one piece of bacon. 5. Season the outside of the bacon. 6. Grill over direct heat turning frequently so they do not burn. 7. Towards the end of the cook baste on BBQ sauce as a glaze. 8. Use an instant read thermometer to cook frog legs to 165 degrees. 9. Enjoy!
