#marchmatness2017 and I'm back in track! Yay!!! Life happens to everybody but the important thing is to keep focused. Soooo, today's exercise is called #rocking. There's a few exercises in the classical Pilates repertoire that involves rocking. But the important difference as you might have noticed ;) is that in this one you rock on your belly instead! Easy enough right?? Well let me tell you, keeping your lower back out of the equation is not that easy. Extension is the opening of your front not collapsing in your lower back. So the stretch of your thighs feels amazing (I really needed it today), the opening of your chest and... yes, you got it, keeping the powerhouse engaged as you rock... well, that's it, if you manage all of that YOU ROCK!!!
