Not only you need to stabilise through the powerhouse one leg away from the center, it challenges your powerhouse as you move both arms and legs away from the centre of gravity! It helps to improve coordination and strengthens even more your abs which will be smiling for sure!! Try it with control making sure your lower back doesn't arch pulling your tummy in and up. Use a smaller range as you start so you can build your strength gradually.
