The tumblr gods are going to smite us for even discussing this.
This is pure tumblr mutiny. We are so smote.
We'll call it "The Doctor Who? Club".
The question mark is essential. Inflection is everything here.
Been Gone
The last few months have been sooooo busy for me I have not been on here. I forgot how much fun you Education folks are!
Look what I found

Speaking of Poop.
One time Pablo told our then roommate, "My poop doesn't smell. I could poop behind that recliner and no one would notice."
What's your favorite thing about coaching? Any tips for someone new to coaching? (I'm a coach for Girls on the Run, which is obviously different from a team sport, but I'm having a hard time figuring out the balance between teacher/coach.)
I don't have any answers for the second question and I wish I did. This was my first year coaching too and I wasn't the head coach -- there was the time commitment, but I wasn't responsible for anything beyond that (in terms of logistics or planning). To be honest, I didn't really want to be; I wanted to be able to focus on teaching. I think the better people to ask this question to would be ohmuffins or markct!
As for my favorite thing: hands down, it's getting to see and know these girls in the classroom/school and then out on the field in entirely different lights. It makes for a more well-rounded relationship and it's nice having familiar heads (that aren't your students) pop into the classroom all day long and shout, "Hey coach!" It gives me warm fuzzies every time.
