How to Bake Rainbow Chocolate Covered Sunflower Seed Oatmeal Cookies: π Ingredients: * 1 cup brown sugar * 1 cup oats * 1 1/4 cups flour * 1 cup chocolate covered sunflower seeds * 1 tsp baking powder * 1/4 tsp salt * 3/4 cup sunflower oil, butter or other oil of choice * 1 egg π₯ * 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Mix sugar, egg, oil & vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. π₯£ 3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, oats & chocolate covered sunflower seeds, to evenly combine. 4. Stir in half the wet ingredients into the dry, mixing by hand. 5. Add in remaining liquid to finish mixing evenly. No need to over-mix. 6. Drop heaping teaspoons of dough onto parchment lined, or silicone mats on baking sheets. Allow 2 inches or do between cookies, to allow for spread. 7. Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown. π€ 8. Let cool 2 minutes, before removing from cookie sheets to a cooking rack. 9.
