It’s been a wild ride, and I still have a few more months to go, but I’ll give you the cliff notes. - Getting lean enough to show visible abs is a different type of endeavor than losing weight when you’re carrying around an extra 45 pounds like I once was. - These days my diet mainly consists of lean steak, ground beef, cheese, eggs, bacon, avocado and 90% dark chocolate. It doesn’t get much lower carb than that. That being said, when you’re shooting for visible abs and want to maintain muscle, I’ve had to limit both carbs and fat. - I’m basically eating a low fat, low carb, high protein diet and working out 3 times a week… and oddly enough, I feel freaking great.
