This is the breakfast I made. 🥢up-left side This is a mixture of grated nagaimo (Japanese mountain yam), natto (fermented soybeans), vinegar, ground sesame seeds, soba seeds, and grated daikon radish. (eat this every breakfast) 🥢up-center made by stir-frying burdock kimchi with beef and green onions. 🥢up-right Nukazuke with seasonal onions and cucumbers. 🥢under-left Germinated brown rice. 🥢under-right Cabbage, taro, and spinach miso soup with sake lees. It was healthy and good breakfast!
