Today was Shoulder day for me and it was a good one. Before doing Seated DB Presses I did Hammer Strength Shoulder Presses and got up to 3 Plates and a 25 On both sides for a hard 5 Reps I believe. Right here is DB Shoulder Presses and them big things right there are 120s and I squeezed out 10 Reps, No Spot, No one handing me weights, All me and I re-racked the weights as well. One of the reasons I train alone is because I donβt want to have to rely on someone helping me all the time or spotting me all the time, I get in the zone and at that moment and that set, nothing even matters but moving this weight.
