When you enjoy training, you will always be in your element. When you enjoy what you do, it will never feel like work. I enjoy working out, it’s what I do, it’s what I love. I could care less about what others think or say about me, or how people look at me. I come in do work, mind my own business and make sure I’m progressing each and every time I step foot in the gym. But at the same time I’m approachable, I’m willing to help, I’m not too good to talk to anyone. Fitness is supposed to be fun if you're not having fun then you're doing it wrong. Today was shoulder day and I just went in and got me a good pump with a simple workout. I also started throwing in more pull-ups into my routines because I went away from them for a while, but it is the key to a stronger back. Today I did pull-ups on the rings and the range of motion with these is out of this world. With regular pull-ups, you usually feel it in your upper back, but with these, you hit the whole back.
