Very random poll for the boys.
Do you believe girls shed on their period or no? Iām genuinely curious on this because itās so funny to watch boys fight with girls over the truth.

I have some friends when we donāt talk for months and thatās still okay. I know they love me and I love them back.
Normalise people living their own lives and not adhering to the rigid expectations of society.
Thatās the mandate our dictatorship issued before sending rebels to re-education campsāto be made ānormalā.

Normalising my Every Day
I have spent my life living with a disability I didnāt know I had, trying to normalise things and most days failing. As a child growing up with a mental, emotional and physical disability, I struggled to cope in my every day.
Just trying to function every day was a mental and emotional battle. As I continually struggled with bad thoughts at night, during the day I would spend my days trying to normalise how I felt, living with a mental disorder I didn't know I had. As I think about it now, it's staggering to think this was my life.
Away from my mental and emotional struggles, my writing normalises everything. I am comfortable here. It is the only place I am normal. In that moment I come alive, I am not confined to my mental and emotional disability. I am normal, my head is normal, my life is normal, everything feels normal, it feels good.
My words flow, my thinking is normal. I can put sentences together without going round the houses trying to explain what I mean, or someone else giving me the words I need to help me finish my sentences.
Yes, I spend my time normalising my every day. How I feel around what I deal with and working on how I see the outcome, so situations don't feel big and scary. With autism, in Covid-19, every day is a struggle, even more so, because itās something I continually had to live with, whilst being judged and misunderstood.
Finding out at 56 is bad enough, it makes it even more irritating, knowing those close to me watched me mentally struggle for years and continued to let it happen. Now In Covid-19 and dealing with a mental illness, every day is one big struggle.

Visa & MasterCard Are Normalising Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrencies have faced a lot of hurdles over the years when it comes to mass adoption.
First among these has been that there simply arenāt enough places where those who are interested can put these assets to practical use. Though we hear now and then aboutĀ companies accepting cryptocurrencyĀ ā and there are sometimes some big names in these discussions, like Expedia or Shopify ā the average shopping experience still doesnāt yield much in the way of crypto spending opportunities. Chances are your rotation of stores, either online or around town, doesnāt include many stores (if any) that welcome digital currency payments.
The other particularly large hurdle cryptocurrencies have faced is volatility. The crypto markets are famously in the habit of swinging wildly up and down, which gives would-be users doubts about putting meaningful amounts of wealth into the assets. After all, no one wants to buy a bitcoin for Ā£7,000 only to find that itās worth Ā£5,000 a week later!
There are some signs of late that the volatility issueĀ mayĀ be sorting itself out to a degree. The latestĀ cryptocurrency price trendsĀ are indicative of a positive summer, and a longer period of (mostly) uninterrupted strength than weāre used to seeing. This doesnāt mean that cryptos no longer swing up and down, but itās fairly clear that the summer of 2020 has brought about a more reliable baseline for most of the major assets. Whether or not this will last remains to be seen, but if it does, some will begin to feel more secure about using cryptocurrency.
The transaction availability issue, however, canāt sort itself out. It depends on companies making the decision to start accepting cryptocurrency. Or at least, that used to be the case. Now, itās becoming clear that major payment companies like Visa and MasterCard are actually taking an interest in making it easier for people to spend cryptocurrencies, should they decide to do so.
Foodtech startup Grocemania announces nationwide expansion
For Visa, this appears to be part of a broadening strategy toward greater flexibility with payments. Just recently for example, Visa partnered with aĀ leading digital walletĀ in order to āaccelerate mobile payments in Europe.ā Even before this move was made though, Visa had helped to introduce the very concept of a cryptocurrency debit card. Partnering with crypto giant Coinbase, the company has in fact produced cards that people can load with bitcoin and then spend just about anywhere. As transactions occur, the amount of bitcoin needed for the purchase is automatically exchanged for the matching sum in the merchantās preferred currency. This means that people who want to spend cryptocurrency can now do so whether or not stores accept it.
For MasterCard, theĀ move into crypto cardsĀ is still developing, but itās clear the company has interest in making it easier for people to spend digital currency. Per a new agreement, London-based cryptocurrency platform Wirex will now be able to issue debit cards on the MasterCard network ā meaning that there will be crypto cards that can be spent with any vendor that accepts MasterCard. This will work essentially the same way that the aforementioned Visa/Coinbase cards do.
Itās unclear just how much developments like these will sway people toward spending cryptocurrency in the short term. But thereās no doubt that weāre seeing some of the biggest payment companies in the world working to normalise the idea of loading cards with digital currency.
