The Italian-American singer donned a custom coat created for her by iconic Japanese designer Kansai Yamamoto based on some of his designs from his 2015 collection. 

The coat is embroidered all over with metallic thread and features light reflecting circles as well.

The kanji-printed sheer coordinated two-piece outfit, Gaga purchased from DOG and wore underneath the coat (we got better views of it when she was seen shopping before hitting the airport), is actually by NIIMI -  a young Japanese label by Takeru Niimi whose first official collection garnered a lot of attention within the Tokyo street fashion scene.

This ensemble is from their Spring/Summer 2014 debut collection titled “Neo Extremists” - most noticeably: the influence of uniforms and kanji prints.

Gaga’s amazing shades are vintage MCM 709-97 sunglasses she purchased from Vintage Frames Company. Thick, solid black acrylic frame with rectangular floating stainless steel hardware. Flawless.

Furthermore, Gaga also wore the Savitri silver septum piercing with traditional Indian motifs by Tribu.
