There are two mottos all of must have if we want to conquer the life challenges that may block our life paths. #nevergiveup and #neverbackdown we also must never stop exploring new ideas, methods and carry on learning as much as we can. Today for example it didn’t stop my mind controlling me because of a stomach upset I woke up to. I took @pitsu_the_goberian for a two mile walk. He might have enjoyed it but I found it hard work because of the way I felt. Needless to say I got my days #cardio. Yesterday on tge other hand was a better day even though I was exhausted from several hours of excesses exercise. However I managed an hour in the pool. An hour of mobility and yoga exercises and these short exercises after my swim an at @pumpingirongymuk . Fighting keeps you young. At least it does for me. I have to optimize so many thing in my life to be able to not get my ass kicked too badly. Still get my ass kicked but only by guys who have higher skill, size or strength. Never just because i'm old, fat, tired, or any other nonsense. Be a man, be combat ready.
