Scientists have long known that light can sometimes appear to exit a material before entering it – an effect dismissed as an illusion caused
Scientists have long known that light can sometimes appear to exit a material before entering it – an effect dismissed as an illusion caused by how waves are distorted by matter. Now, researchers at the University of Toronto, through innovative quantum experiments, say they have demonstrated that "negative time" isn't just a theoretical idea – it exists in a tangible, physical sense, deserving closer scrutiny. The findings, yet to be published in a peer-reviewed journal, have attracted both global attention and skepticism.

Negative time
So it's been shown experimentally that there's negative time.

Whether or not this can be proved and replicated is another matter: That's what peer review is for.
HOWEVER!
It does mean we can potentially set up an experiment to attempt fucking with causality.
If you notice the time-space continuum collapsing, remain calm. It won't help, but at lest you get to go out with grace.

Im such a shell of myself,,
I use all my energy at work, for some reason everything is fine when Im there.
But when Im home nowadays, all I do is watch youtube videos and mindlessly refreshing apps on my phone, and some days I cant even bring myself to do that.
On those days Ill just lie there, staring straight ahead either just feeling depressed or contemplating how I ended up like this.
What happened to make it so I dont shower everyday anymore, so I dont maintain my shaving schedule, so I can barely spend more than two minutes standing, so that I stopped binging shows or even just watching them casually, so that I do everything in my power to avoid making dirty dishes because I know itll be weeks until I can make myself clean them
Why has my depression been so bad this last year or so and what can I do to fix it?
I miss being interested in stuff.
I miss being able to do things.
I miss the old me.
PART 2. Quantum Time in the Lab: Experiments and Breakthroughs
Introduction For decades, quantum time was treated as a theoretical playground — a realm of paradoxes and possibilities, but far from the bench tops of laboratories. That perception changed in the 2020s. In 2025 alone, physicists demonstrated that time could be authenticated with entanglement, compared across nations with breathtaking accuracy, and even manipulated in ways that challenge…

NEGATIVE TIME DISCOVERED: TRAVELING FROM FUTURE TO PAST FOR THE FIRST TIME
NEGATIVE TIME DISCOVERED: DOES TIME REALLY GO BACKWARD? Scientists at the University of Toronto have made an amazing discovery. They found something called “negative time,” which might mean that time can move backward, from the future to the past. This idea is completely new and has scientists all over the world talking and thinking about what it could mean. For a long time, the idea of time…
