This week I've learned that Mouse loves the snow. Not touching it or being in it, but just looking. Whe has been OBSESSED with looking out the back window, which would be very cute but she is insistent I stand by her and look out too. If I leave for more than like ten minutes she'll come screaming and shouting to get me.

Except I had only walked from point A to Point B during the day. The path I took went through a large field surrounded by trees and was NOT lite. With only my phone and the distant house lights I slowly made my way through the field and part way, I said outloud to myself "This is some real white people shit Im doing"
Then I got to the end of the field which transitioned into a dirt path through a chunk of trees. Spooky dead tree branches sticking out all of the place in near pitch darkness, definitely some white people shit
Moral of the story: There was a gougar
