What's the difference between celiac disease and gluten intolerance if both are gluten-related disorders that require a gluten-free diet?
Celiac Disease and Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity (NCGS, or Gluten Intolerance) can present very similarly, but are two very different diagnosies. Both, however, require adherence to a gluten free diet.

Do you feel like some people must not have any illnesses/disabilities at all, like I got a whole list

A tangent that leads into a rant I’m sorry
I find it so bizarre that people don’t have to check the ingredients every time they eat food and they don’t have to make sure they have their medication on them at all times and they can just? Eat food? Without worrying? Like even if I eat food I know I can have I might still have bad anxiety about it? And people have all these unlimited choices they can eat but they still complain about the fact that they can’t have a cookie RIGHT NOW or something dumb like that I’ve been hearing a lot. Living with food allergies has just become ingrained in me and it’s so weird to think about not having these restrictions because it’s all I’ve ever known. Something that annoyed me while going through the allergies tag was the amount of times I saw people say they were allergic to failure or something like that. Like okay fine, you work hard, but allergies aren’t something I like to hear jokes about because I could die if I eat the wrong food. And when I tell people I have severe food allergies and they’re like oh yeah I’m allergic to cats, my nose gets stuffy. Like okay same? But? My food allergies will kill me? And even after five years of allergy shots (I’m a lot better now than I was before those five years), I still need to take an allergy pill once or twice a day so I’m not miserable due to the fact that I’m allergic to basically everything in the environment? Also I HATE when people pretend to have allergies just so that they don’t have to eat a certain food or when they say they wish they had allergies so they wouldn’t have to eat certain things and I’m like JUST DONT EAT IT?! And then people don’t believe me or don’t take me seriously when I mention how I medically cannot have certain foods.

I GOT ACCEPTED TO NC’s GOVERNOR SCHOOL!
I’m so excited to get to attend; I’m going in for math!
why are gluten free foods so expensive and also so tiny. i am a broke disabled teenager who works a part time minimum wage job. i cant afford that.
haha you have the disease where every time you eat one of your culture's staple foods you get excruciating tummy pain for hours and hours and also headaches and hot flashes teehee. also there's no cure. and alternative foods cost 2x as much. good luck!
