I just found out that I've become very allergic to shrimp. I'm so mad. This genuinely has me questioning my life and why I exist. It's like a light in my heart has been snuffed out. I no longer have a purpose on this Earth and it has enraged me

Well, my sister had a similar experience with pineapple, so I tend to avoid pineapple, just in case
Last night, I unknowingly ate a slice of cake that had pineapple bits in it. And I had a mild allergic reaction 🙃
Luckily, since I'm at the rehab, they were able to give me allergy meds and get the reaction to stop
However, I now know for certain that I am allergic to pineapple as well 😭😭😭
Dear allergy having people of tumblr I am having a new friend over tomorrow who has a pork allergy and I need to decontaminate my kitchen.
What I have read is alcohol based wipes with multiple passes with multiple wipes works very well but I need to be double dumbass sure.
I cook with stainless steel, which I run through the dish washer on hot after a pre-wash bc I am of the opinion that flecks of food in my glasses is gross and no matter what the internet says I will not just "scrap and put it in."
I am currently deep cleaning my oven with oven-off. I have riped apart the stove top and hand washed it all with hot water, dawn dish soap and a fresh sponge.
I'll be wiping down every exposed surface with clorox wipes unless there is something else that is better?
And I'll be cleaning the refrigerator maybe with simple green?
I don't have the number of the new friend yet otherwise I'd ask their preferences. Their the new S.O. of an older friend. So really truly any advice is welcomed. I don't wanna accidentally kill someone

I can't. I sit there, eating my dry rice cookies because everyone forgot. Everyone is like 'oh my god this cake is so goo, wow'
Also at parties, people are just grabbing stuff without cleaning their hands and in my head i think they're thinking 'oh I'm going to grab a bit of these chips while I just touched bread and make this impossible to eat for celiacs' even while that's not their intention or they just don't know
I tell myself and others that I'm used to it, and maybe I'm slighty used to it, but sometimes it's hard
