But basically its akin to your gender usually being x [for ex fem or female] but during a narc high or crash it changes to y [for ex neu]

We've had npd , hpd and aspd terms in the back of our mind [mildly bpd ones also however those tend to be easier to find lol] for a while as our traits impact a ton of our identity but I want to ask about that term since it's the one I can think of the most clearly
