trey clover — "who am i?" at first, he would laugh it off thinking this was some kind of prank. but when you looked at him as if he was crazy, he stopped. "wait, you're saying you actually don't know who i am?"

cue crowley running up to the two of you to quickly explain the situation before it gets out of hand. "ahh, so that's how it happened. i'm just glad it wasn't anything serious."

"come on, we should go to the infirmary."

cater diamond — "woah, woah," he would raise his eyebrows, slightly caught off guard when you dodged his hug. "what's wrong, name? hm? who am i?! no way, you're forgetting me after a day of not seeing each other?! i'm hurt." he fake-cried as he placed his hand on his chest.

"oh, headmaster! it's rare seeing you here~" he waved at the panicked crowley who, for a grown up who's supposed to have this situation under control, is frantically trying to recount what happened to you earlier.

"what?! no way! and you're saying ROOK did this?! actually, now that i think about it, it's not that surprising.. well, come on, sweetie, we should find professor crewel for help."

ace trappola — "oh, man, that's a good one!" he laughed, flicking your forehead when you pushed him off of you. "you don't know who i am? really? fine. i'll play with you. ohhh, noo.. my partner forgot about me.. ohh, so sad.."

but when crowley finally explained the situation, ace's eyes opened widely. "what? what? WHAT? wait, no, you're saying—what? is that even possible?! woah, that's insane! he better teach me about this spell!" it was only after crowley told him to find crewel that he snapped out of it.

"okay, let's go and find professor crewel. oh, do you even remember who he is? damn, this is fun! you see, professor crewel is a centaurian who—"

deuce spade — "....what?" he genuinely just stared at you as if you just said the most fucked up shit he ever heard of in his life. "you don't know.. me? wait, seriously? what... are you suffering from a disease?" thus began his spiral into despair before crowley snapped him out of it.

"an experiment gone wrong..?" his brows furrowed. it's dangerous, and he's even more annoyed that someone did this to you. but first, he has to get that spell out of you before you forget everything else.

"name, dont worry! i'll find out who did this to you and fix everything! but first, come with me to see professor crewel!"

leona kingscholar — "i'm too sleepy for your bs today." ouch, very straight to the point. hey, at least it was an abbreviation and not the full cuss word.. couple privilege? "what do you mean you don't know who i am? this must be some kind of a birthday prank, and today isn't even my birthday."

only after crowley explained the situation did he finally understands. "sigh, which idiot did this? huh? that weirdo? seriously, can i just go on a day without him bothering me and my life?"

"whatever. cmon, i'll fix it."

ruggie bucchi — "woah! what? you forgot about me?" he frowned, feeling sad at how his lover and source of food had already forgotten about him after just a day. where else would he get food—ekhem, affection from now?

"ahh, it's the work of him, huh?" he sighed. "really, you can never predict what that guy could do. honestly, he should've been more careful when firing a spell... wait, how could he even hit you when he has precise aim?" a reasonable question (from a guy like him).

"dang. you're hella unlucky, then. uh.. i should bring you to professor crewel? i guess..?"

jack howl — he just stared at you for a good three minutes as if you were insane. "..? you don't know me? what do you mean?" he'd immediately put down the stuff in his hands to carefully observe whatever's wrong with you. "you don't know me. like, you actually don't know me?"

"oh.. a spell? is it dangerous or not? i think we should get you to the infirmary as fast as possible." luckily, he seems to have taken it well compared to everyone else.

"let's go. you can hold onto me, if you want. so you don't get lost i mean."

azul ashengrotto — "name, my dear, if you're joking then i don't find it to be funny." he looked at you seriously. this might be the first time where he looked tense and scared at the same time. "not joking..? did you hit your head or something?"

you can't help but to flinch in your place when azul's eyes almost pops out of its socket at the revelation of what happened to you. you got hit by a mysterious spell, and now you forget about him? about HIM? like, ONLY about HIM?!?

"this is dangerous! name, come with me! we're going to cure you immediately!"

jade leech — "oh, my. are you playing a trick on me?" he smiled. you know, that smile that always gave off the unsettling feeling of someone trying to do something to you. yeah, that kind. "no? well, that's interesting.. i wonder what caused this."

"an accident?" he tilted his head, curiosity filled his expression rather than concern. it seemed like he was more curious at what spell it was compared to your well-being (a lie. that man is thinking of many ways to solve this right now).

"very intriguing. you'd let me examine you more, won't you? i'm quite curious of the effects of this mysterious spell."

floyd leech — "huh? shrimpy, are we playing somethin' right now?" he grinned at you, which made you took a step back. why did he look at you that way..? his grin dropped into a frown when you walked away from him. suddenly, he embraced you. "this game is boring. let's do something else!"

"what? shrimpy's under a spell?" he pulled back, hands on your shoulder so he could take a good look out of you while you have the most terrified expression ever. "doesn't look like it. well, whatever!"

"we can deal with it later. i'm gonna tell you all you needa know! first things first, azul's favorite food is octopus. let's feed him one."

SCARABIA ★

kalim al asim — "what..?" at first, he'd laugh it off as if it was some kind of joke. but when you only looked at him, eyes wide and shaking as if you were scared, his expression would change into a frown. "wait, you really, really, reaally don't know who i am?!"

"huh?! you got hit by rook's spell?!" he's panicking immediately. you were just fine a few hours before, but now you got hit by a spell?! "oh, sevens, what do i do?! think, kalim, think!"

"oh, right! i'll call doctors from my homeland! come on, name, i'm gonna treat you!"

jamil viper — "huh?" his face immediately turns into a confused and a 'i don't get paid enough for this to be happening to me everyday'. "you're pranking me, aren't you? there's no way you forgot about me after just a day. actually, we just saw each other like, thirty minutes ago."

"a spell?" he sighed, shaking his head in frustration. "seriously, what can't happen to you, am i right? you should be careful when you're walking near a lab. the science club are always up to something. well, not always. but you get me."

"i expected this, actually." you only raised your brows at his statement. "i just didn't expect it'd happen to you instead of kalim."

POMEFIORE ★

vil schoenheit — "who i am? ah. you seem to be under a spell." of course, as expected of the housewarden of pomefiore. he could immediately tell what happened to you without anyone explaining it to him.

"rook did it to them?" he raised his brows. "sigh, that guy. that wouldn't be a problem, headmaster. i will deal with him later and have him fix this mess." he approached you, taking your hand in his slowly to make you get used to it.

"come now, darling. we're going to cure you."

rook hunt — "ooh, la, la!" after saying such a silly phrase, he immediately ran to your side to check on your well-being. "are you alright? ah, it seems like you don't remember me.."

"je suis vraiment désolé, trickster. i'll fix it for you. so, just sit here and watch me, alright?" he smiled at you softly, eyes filled with guilt at your confused and slightly scared expression.

"i'll fix it. i promise."

epel felmier — "wha—?! you mean ya don't remember me?!" he immediately yelled in pure shock when you questioned his identity, especially since you actually looked confused and scared. "if this is a prank, it's not funny."

after crowley explained it to him, though, he immediately calmed down. "so it's not..? and rook caused this? huft.. the things ya go through, name." it seemed like he felt bad for you instead of feeling sad that you forgot about him.

"don't worry. 'm sure that rook can do something 'bout this."

idia shroud — "what the?! how could you break into my room and claim that you don't know me?!" he shrieked in his spot in front of the monitor at the sudden outrageous act and statement. "muscle memory..? wait, wait, wait.. so what's— WOAH! what's the headmaster doing here?!"

"...okay, i get it. please leave. t-the headmaster, i mean. ortho, kick him out, plz." despite crowley's cries of 'wanting to see idia solve the problem till the end', he still got kicked out of the room by ortho. "s-so you got hit by a spell.. hehe, your life's like, straight out of an isekai anime. you just don't have insane op strength.."

"ugh, now i'm rambling like a weirdo.. anyway, i-i'll help you. i guess. so just sit there. i.. guess."

DIASOMNIA ★

malleus draconia — "what? you don't know me? but how could that be, love?" he tilted his head at your sudden statement. he just told you that the two of you were going to go on a stroll a few hours ago. you can't possibly forget about him.. right?

he saw the headmaster from the corner of his eyes, hiding behind a bush. why would he hide behind a bush? is this some kind of a trick? "love, tell me, please. what happened?" you didn't respond, only taking a few steps back at the strange man in front of you.

"it seems like you're under a spell. this magic.. it's not very familiar, but i know whose it is. rest easy, dear. i'll deal with it for you."

that night, pomefiore's vice housewarden, rook hunt, felt an unexplainable sense of dread whenever he gazed towards the thunderstorm outside his dorm.

lilia vanrouge — "oh, wow! you forgot about me?" he asked you playfully, hugging you from behind to catch you off guard. "i'm hurt, darling. didn't we just spend a night together, hm? you can't say that you don't know who i am.."

"but i know. you're under a spell, aren't you?" you looked back at him with a confused expression at his question. "a complicated one at that. whoever pulled it off must be an expert. or maybe this is just a silly accident? khehehe~"

"well, i'll just have to get this spell out of you, yes?"

silver vanrouge — "..what's wrong?" he looked at you in confusion, only for you to look just as confused as he was. "you.. don't know who i am? but, why? aren't we a couple?"

"oh.. i see. you were put under a spell." his expression remained the same. "rook did it? ah, you shouldn't have been walking around the science club room, you know. they do many things everyday. please be more careful."

"i'll take you to professor crewel, name."

sebek zigvolt — "human! we haven't met in such a short time.. and yet you already forget me?!" his eyes widened in pure shock (and a little sad because he felt like he wasn't that important). "how could you?!" he's a little dramatic, but at least he's honest.

"what? they got hit with a spell?!" at the sudden revelation, his personality turns into a complete 180° as he now immediately approached you to examine your well-being closer. "human! you should've been more careful with the people around you! they could just hit you any time and you can't retaliate!" that's not what happened, but at least he's helping..?

"sigh. come on and hop on my back, name. i'll take you to professor crewel. d-don't ask what this is for! it's so that we can run faster!"

jeonghan: the atmosphere was warm, you were spending time with each other and enjoying each other's presence on the couch. in fact, he enjoyed spending quality time with you so much that he couldn't help but to lean closer to kiss you—well, not until he felt the cold surface of your palm..

he'd raise his brows at the audacity, then he would just pull away from you, leaving you on the couch. fine. two can play at that game. he won't even pull your wrist away, much less pout at you for doing that. he'd just ignore you until you beg him for a kiss.

joshua: in the midst of sharing sincere, loving words with each other, joshua couldn't help but to stare at your lips to the point he subconsciously leaned in closer to kiss you—only for you to stop him with your hand. he'd pull away, hands still on your shoulders as he stared at you wide-eyed (you know what expression i'm talking about, lol).

the audacity, he thought. he ended up just leaving a kiss on your knuckles. what? you want one on the lips? sorry, but he's never giving you one—smiling to himself as you whined.

junhui: he thought you were just so pretty—sitting in front of the vanity as you fixed your hair—getting ready for your date tonight. he approached you closer from behind, hands on your shoulders as he leaned down to kiss you. that is, before you stopped him with your hand. he immediately crooked his brows.

excuse me? why would you stop him like that? jun didn't know why, but he immediately apologized awkwardly as he tried to think of whatever he did wrong for you to do that. you only laughed before finally giving him the kiss he wanted.

hoshi: well, good luck with this man. waking up with hoshi always consisted of him leaning closer to you, whispering sweet words like how pretty you look today (despite just waking up a few minutes ago), and how much he wished he could look at your face every second of the day. then, he'd close the gap with a kiss against your lips. this time, however, you covered his lips with your hand.

he's shocked, offended, and gasping dramatically as he pulled away. he immediately hits you with barrages of questions—do you not love him anymore? have you found someone else? was he that bad at kissing you? does his breath smell right now?!

he was asking so many questions that you'd have to shut him up with a kiss, which just made him all giggly. now you'd have to endure him until he's kissing you senseless.

wonwoo: he spends his time playing games at home while you usually lounge on the bed, watching him play. but this time, you decided to surprise him by giving him his favorite meal you cooked yourself, placing it carefully beside his keyboard. he broke into a smile in the middle of fighting the enemy, before making his character go into a secluded corner so he could go AFK and kiss you as a form of gratitude. but then you placed your hand on his lips—catching him off guard.

why did you even do that? his lips would turn into a small frown before he pulls you in by your waist, making you almost stumble into his lap. he won't even say anything—he'd just stare at you with that same, frowning look before you finally gave in out of guilt. is this what people call guilt-tripping?

woozi: really, he's in his element the moment he sat down on that swivel chair—fingers immediately set on the mouse as he checked the tracks he had been working on for the past few days. he hummed to the tune of music playing in the background before his lips quirked up slightly into a smile at the sight of you entering the studio. it's not new for you to approach him during work—asking him what he was working on as you circled your arms around his neck, listening to him talking about his songs.

he'd push his chair back just slightly, tilting his head back to kiss you. but then you placed a hand on his lips, to which he raised a brow at that. why did you even do that? he won't stop asking why until you gave him a reason. he'd just sigh, asking you what was the point of that. yet he couldn't help but to feel a little disappointed.

you laughed at the change in tone before hugging him tighter and leaning down to kiss him. suddenly, he dodged your kiss—giving you a taste of your own medicine. not so funny now, huh?

dokyeom: poor guy. after coming home from an exhausting but fun trip with you, all he wanted was to lay down on your bed while keeping you close—not caring about the messy state of your unpacked suitcases. he pulled you in closer once he felt your fingers gently threading through his hair, tilting his head up so he would be able to land a soft kiss to your lips. that is until you covered his lips with your hand—earning a surprised hum from him.

frankly speaking, he felt a little disappointed by the gesture. so, instead of being stubborn and leaning in for a kiss, he decided to lower his head with a small smile. you frowned, finally lifting up his head so you would be able to pepper his face with kisses. you would never do this prank again.

mingyu: it's almost embarrassing how quickly his smile turned into a pout the moment your hand landed on his lips. it's unfair, he thought. he had to endure practicing extra today, only to come home being denied his kiss? what is this, hell? he would rather go back to practice again if you keep doing that.

you only laughed at his dramatic reaction, finally giving him a soft kiss before pulling away with an apology. he didn't respond much—opting to pull you into another kiss. to make up for the teasing earlier, he said.

minghao: for some reason, minghao woke up early in the morning to go for a morning jog with you. you questioned what the occasion was, but he said that he just felt like it, and that it would be healthy for the body anyway. after an hour of jogging, you finally returned home all sweaty and tired. instead of immediately washing up, however, you decided to lay down on the couch for a few minutes to cool down. it's better to shower when your body has cooled down anyway, he said.

though, minghao couldn't stop staring at you as you rambled on about what you saw at the jog earlier—like the cats on the sidewalk, that one cafe you've been wanting to visit, and.. wait, what did you talk about? because minghao couldn't resist kissing you.

you stopped him midway, putting your hand on his lips. he raised his brows before rolling his eyes, finally standing up from the couch to shower. he didn't care that you whined for him to come back—he's never kissing you again.

seungkwan: the moment you walked through the door with a suspiciously wide smile on your face, was the moment seungkwan realized you probably had something planned. he tensed up—gripping the mic tighter than intended as he stared at your mischievous expression. why were you even trying to do something sinister while he was doing karaoke in his free time?! after an unnecessarily long silence, he decided it would be best to just ignore you. it turns out that you weren't even planning on doing anything—only sitting down on the couch to admire him from behind.

once he finished his much needed karaoke session after so much stress, he sat with you on the couch, suddenly leaning in for a kiss as a way to show how much he missed you. but then, suddenly, you placed your hand on his lips, which caught him off guard. his eyes went wide, brows furrowed, and he looked like he immediately wanted to explode into a series of whys dramatically—before suddenly laughing at the ridiculousness of the situation.

he ended up prying your hand away, leaning in closer to give the once denied kiss as he wrapped his arms around your waist.

vernon: it was never easy for you to pull a prank on him. it wasn't like he'd immediately notice what you were trying to do, it was more so that he wouldn't react much—so the efforts would be done in vain. however, after scrolling through your phone for what felt like an hour, you found the perfect prank for him.

as he walked through your shared bedroom with his phone in hand—his eyes immediately set on you before he laid down next to you, one hand wrapping around your waist loosely while the other on his phone. you thought of many ways to make him want to kiss you, and you decided that you'd just be the one to lean in first. he noticed your face inching closer to him, so he turned his head sideways, trying to give you a soft kiss.

only for you to pull away slightly while covering his lips. you blinked a few times, trying to gauge his reaction. but the more you stared at him, the more he blinked back at you, confused as to what you were doing. well, there are many other ways to prank him anyway.

dino: midnight rides with him were always so fun. it was a way for the two of you to unwind, going out without coming home drained, and just spending time with each other in general. he'd sing and drive on the driver's seat, while you'd sit on the passenger's seat, staring at the rearview mirror while fixing your look. he couldn't help but to stare at how effortlessly pretty you were—and since the traffic lights were showing red, he decided to pull you in and give you a kiss.

well, he tried, at least. it was until he felt your palm against his lips that he opened his eyes—wide in disbelief. he'd cover his mouth, gasping dramatically as if he just experienced the top ten worst things on earth, and this is number one on the list. you giggled at his reaction, finally pulling him back in by his collar to kiss him on his lips. by the time he pulled away, the cars behind him were already honking.

seungcheol : man would be a little flustered when you told him he texted you while he was drunk. tons of thoughts went through his mind—what did i say? how did i say it? how did you feel when i texted you? and his embarrassment gets even worse once you show him the text.

jeonghan : i feel like he'd be embarrassed at first but once he saw the texts he's like, oh well it's not that bad. so it's chill for him🤷‍♀️ he's a little grateful he didn't say anything weird to you once you actually picked him up with joshua sitting next to him that night.

joshua : he'd first say sorry for bothering you and asking you to pick him up when it was his own fault that he got so drunk.. then he would die from embarrassment the moment you told him he texted you. no, he doesn't want to know what he said. yes, he cleared the chat right away so he'd forget about it.

junhui : "i don't know what you're talking about," he says. but his ears are as red as tomatoes. jun is aware of how he gets whenever he's drunk—that's why he always keeps his phone away from him whenever he starts to drink—because he doesn't want to accidentally text someone while drunk. now that it happened between you and him, he wishes you'd forget about it.

soonyoung : a little embarrassed but mostly doesn't care cs he gets to make out with you in the car, lol. 10/10 experience, he said, would try it again. he says that it feels great to have someone take care of him when he's drunk. "i would definitely get sooo drunk that you'd have to pick me up again." he says with a stupid grin on his face.

wonwoo : was he even drunk? well, he was a little tipsy, to say the least. wonwoo was never one to drink alcohol much anyway. he knows his limits when it comes to them—but he didn't expect you'd be the one getting drunk instead. he sighs a lot—not expecting he'd take care of eleven drunk men+his own partner that night.

jihoon : he's traumatized. jihoon doesn't drink much—nor at all, honestly. and it's because he's not great at handling them. he gets red-faced easily, and that's why he brings his own drink of choice to these kinds of gatherings. he didn't expect he'd accidentally drank from soonyoung's glass, however—which resulted in his face immediately turning red. ah, who's idea was it to even put his coke right next to soonyoung's beer?! oh, right. it was his. and now he has twelve men+his own partner laughing about it in his face (affectionately).

you let out a breathless laugh at his suggestion. "nooo—i'll wait for you here ... 'm not sleepy, no." you mutter, already slipping into a deep slumber. it seems like you're tired from today's classes, riddle thinks. well, no matter. he can continue studying by himself.

... yet, he couldn't help but steal a glance at you after finishing a sentence from his book. you looked so peaceful sleeping on the couch, it made riddle think of the day you'll come back to your world.

he knew it was inevitable, and that a mere student like him can't do anything but watch as you eventually slip from his grasp. but he wished he could do more. he wished he could at least accompany you on your way to come back to your world, meet your parents, say a proper goodbye, and return to NRC again with no regrets.

unfortunately, the world isn't so kind. "... sigh. i am getting distracted." he mutters under his breath before he stands up to approach you. he stares at your sleeping face for a few moments, before he takes off his cloak and put it on top of your body.

"do you also wish you can stay with me forever...? ugh, why am i talking to myself..." he whispered, rubbing the back of his neck. "sleep well, love. when you wake up, i'll be by your side."

LEONA KINGSCHOLAR

when leona came back to his dorm, he wasn't expecting to see you, sprawled on top of his sheets. when he asked ruggie about it, he replied with, "they've been waiting for you 'cuz they wanted to talk about something... huh? are you getting red, leona-san? shishishi!"

ruggie was then kicked outside of leona's room.

"oi, i didn't come back for my bed to get messed up by you." he approaches you slowly before shaking your body to wake you up. but when you lightly smack his hand away from you, he scowls. "...grr, fine. suit yourself."

he decided to sleep on the not-so-large couch by the window. he throws himself onto the couch with a grunt, arms crossed behind his head and one leg propped over the other. he sighs. this is stupid, why is he the one sleeping on the couch in his room?

he turns his head towards the bed again. you're still there, sleeping on his bed, and breathing slowly. he furrows his brows before closing his eyes. why does he even bother to look at you anyway? spot-stealer. minutes tick by, yet for some reason, leona couldn't fall asleep.

each time he's about to fall into a deep slumber, he can't help but open his eyes and glance at your sleeping form. he doesn't know when it happened—when you stopped being a background noise in this problematic school and started to become a part of his life.

but now that he's looking at you, he can't stop the thoughts from creeping in: one day, you're going to leave. go back to your people, to your life. and he'll stay here, with the same dry savannah, the same politics, the same everything. you'll just be a memory to everyone around him.

"tch, damn it." he closes his eyes, trying to distract himself from the inevitable end. leona rarely dreams in his sleep. but tonight, he dreamed of you.

AZUL ASHENGROTTO

azul can't stop staring. you're leaning onto his shoulder—eyes shut, breathing relaxed, as if this is the best time in your life. he's not relaxed, though. he's not used to this type of affection from anyone. but of course, being the gentleman he is, he managed to stay calm through it(he's shaking).

he would convince himself that this whole thing isn't real, and that this is just one of his dreams about you. when he feels you snuggling up to him, he realizes that this is, in fact, not a dream.

he tries to look away but fails to do so, and ends up staring at you again. oh, damn it, who's he trying to fool anyways? the two of you are the only one here. so, he decides to give in by leaning his head on yours.

you're warm, he thought to himself. so very warm compared to his dark and cold hometown. your breathing is relaxed, the dorm is (unusually) quiet, making him worried about whatever shenanigans jade and floyd is pulling. but this isn't the time to be worried about that.

he once again look over to your face—so peaceful... how would you look like when you wave goodbye to him? when you're about to leave this twisted world(lol), when you're about to be gone for good—and when you're going to be talked about by the students as if you were some fairytales that shouldn't have existed.

is he sad that he couldn't do anything about it? no, because azul is not selfish. he knows that you want to go home and to see your family. he knows that this little relationship you made with him isn't comparable to your love for your real world. but, is that what he truly thought?

of course not. because, deep down, in his fragile little heart, azul doesn't want you to leave. he wishes that he could do something about it. heck, if he could make a contract with fate, he would. no, he will.

because the only thing that azul can't afford to lose is you.

"—so i told lilia and cater that we should at least wear something more colorful! but then, when i showed them what i meant, they instantly said no.." he sighed, "what's wrong with golden bracelets anyway? i think they add some kind of charm to our club outfit, right? you think so too, don't you?!"

he looked over to you, shoulders slumped in disappointment. but when he saw your sleepy face, his posture straightened, and he smiled widely. "oh, are you sleepy? haha, you look so cute with your head nodding off like that! here, you can use this pillow my dad bought for me!"

you mutter a small thanks to him before sleeping soundly. he thinks you sleep almost like a koala, and that it's cute. to the point where kalim can't keep himself from taking a picture and make it his lockscreen...

"hehe, you look so cute... i wish we can talk to each other like this forever." he laughs quietly before it quickly dies down when a certain thought appeared in his head: can't the two of you do that forever, though?

you two are literally dating, in the same school, meets almost everyday, has each other's contact info... what is keeping him from talking to you everyday? oh, that's right. your home.

at your change in tone, lilia's posture went rigid—as if you were about to say something that would change his life forever. he blinked a few times, crooking his brows. ".. what?"

you let out a stifled laugh when you noticed his posture. at least he took me seriously enough to fix it, i guess. you slowly took a step closer to him, hands on your sides as you thought of the words you were going to say. "i just.. i don't know. maybe it's just me, but i feel like we rarely ever talk. like, talk talk. not just having a small conversation about our work or the war.." you pressed your lips into a thin line, waiting for him to say something.

but he didn't. he just stared at you in silence, his expression unmoving. so, you took that as a sign to continue. "i mean.. i get it. we're busy with different stuff.. and you're the general. there's no way we could ever spend time together all the time, right?"

you felt his gaze skimming over your features—your eyes, nose, cheeks, and the way you hesitated before adding another sentence. you've never felt nervous talking to him before, so why are you nervous now?

before you realized it, you've been silent for way too long, and the silence stretched far longer than you had intended. you could even hear your own heart beating faster now. why is it even beating faster..?!

".. uh.. actually, nevermind. sorry for bringing that up. i don't know what—"

his face looked softer now. like he was the purest fae in the whole world. like he wasn't even a general. it makes you feel even more flustered to be under his gaze for some reason. "i'm.. not good with this, too. i've never done this before. not with anyone other than you."

"but.. but i want to try." you looked away from his face, feeling somewhat embarrassed to say what you wanted to say. "i want to try new things with you.. everything you mentioned earlier.. i want to try all of it with you.. all the normal things.. but i don't know how to!" you accidentally raised your voice in frustration. not directed at him, but more at yourself.

"i want to be like.. like every other couple. i want people to look at us and don't think i'm weird for approaching you.. for people to think that we're just like any other couple.."

he stayed silent for a while before he opened his mouth, ".. that's impossible. we're anything but normal, dummy. i'm a war general, and you're a soldier under me. we just—it's just impossible for us to be normal."

but when you only stayed silent, he sighed. ".. we can try going slow, you know?" his gaze softened, hands reaching up to your waist to pull you closer. "you don't have to want to do that all at once.. we can always do it step by step." he leaned his forehead closer to yours, almost touching. "do you want to?"

"... you're.." you pursed your lips, "it's so weird to hear you speak like that, lilia.."

he scoffed. "if you're going to say that, then it seems like i must take back my offer, ungrateful fae." though there was a flicker of amusement when he saw your face contort into that of panic.

"i was merely joking." you grumbled under your breath. ".. then i guess we could start slow..?" you blinked a few times, cheeks turning into a deeper shade of red as you realized how close you were to his face—hell, you could even see the faint scar under his eye.

it all feels so.. unusual.

"... yes. we could do that." he replied before going silence. now the two of you were just staring at each other, waiting for the other to make their move. you moved your palm from his cheeks towards the nape of his neck, slowly pulling him closer.

the two of you can now feel the warmth from each other. you didn't know whether it was from the very tension that fills the room—or whether it was because of how close the two of you were. but you just felt so hot all of a sudden.

you looked at him for a few moments, as if waiting for him to say something. when he didn't, you decided to open your mouth instead, only to close it after a few seconds. you can't help but notice the way he has been hovering his lips over yours, as if contemplating whether he should move even closer or not.

he only hummed lowly, and instead of waiting any longer for him to do the first move, you took it as a sign to close the gap with a soft kiss. really, he waited long enough to get this close to you, and now you're kissing him? is this a dream? turns out, fairy tales do exist for lilia vanrouge.

but god, have you always felt this good against him? even in just a split second, he could feel your warmth breath against his face, how your fingers on his nape seemed to be clutching tighter to anchor yourself, and how you couldn't stop squirming under his hold.

the sounds of keyboard clicking echoes through diasomnia's halls, specifically around lilia's room. lilia had invited you to visit night raven college during the weekend, and yet, he's now letting you rot in his incredibly messy room without paying attention to you at all while he's playing his game.

not that you mind, you're quite intrigued by his occasional yelling of "nice!" or "yes, hit that!" this makes you wonder how his game can be so interesting. it almost makes you forget that you're both hundreds of years old. but that does not matter. to entertain yourself, you decided to clean lilia's room one step at a time.

the first step is: his wardrobe.

it's messy, to say the least. you scrunched your nose when you smell the stench of unwashed socks near its doors. how long has it been since it's washed? well, no matter. you decided to pick it up and put it somewhere far away for you to wash later. then, another scent reaches your nostrils.

all jokes aside, he'd be worried (and shocked) if ortho came barging into his room with you behind him while yelling, "big brother! name is sick because they've been taking extra classes!", then throwing you—gently—on the ground.

"w-w-what the?! ortho! d-don't just leave them here!" genuinely nervous and doesn't know what to do. but if he notices that your breathing started to become quicker and unstable, and you also looks like you're about to faint, he'll (try) to calm himself down.

then, he'll offer his bed for you to lay on. "d-do you feel better now? i can ask ortho to make tea ... if u want. uh, i heard from the headmage you've been taking extra classes. why tho? that's like, throwing yourself into a scary hard mode dungeon. i appreciate the dedication, tho."

if you told him it's because you don't want him to graduate first and leave you alone, he'll feel terrible. he feels bad that he's the cause of your suffering, and he's immediately convinced why someone like him doesn't have that many friends because of that.

"calm down, i didn't mean it that way. i just don't want to feel lonely, that's all. i didn't say that you were the one at fault." you'll have to reassure him over and over that this is all your wish and not his fault at all. he's also probably the type to stay by your bed while playing games until you feel better lol

MALLEUS DRACONIA

this man was absolutely mortified(and touched) when he finds out that you've been secretly taking extra classes just to skip grades and graduate together with him. not only that, you also get sick because of those extra classes. that's what makes him mortified.

when he first saw how weak and frail you become after a week of extra classes, he thinks that humans are so fragile and easy to break. but he also feels bad and would offer you to sleep in his dorm for the time being until you feel better.

malleus would also be the type to confront crowley directly just to ask some questions. even if this isn't connected to the guy at all, he just wants to hear answers from the headmage himself.

anyways, expect him to ask you questions too. like: "are you still having a fever? would you like me to make some tea for you? is this bed comfortable enough, dearest?" and so much more. he would also be running around in the kitchen by himself if you said you were craving for some soup.

(sebek would want to yell at you for ordering malleus around, but holds himself back because he doesn't want to make malleus even more stressed.)

he would often ask lilia what he should do when this or that happens, and of course, being the kind man he is, he answers the question thoroughly(not without a little bit of teasing, of course). malleus would also want to put a stop to your extra classes.
