I didn’t expect the Dolly Parton mention, but I love Joshua absolutely going to bat for her! Love you including Joshua and Jeonghan. If you ever decide to write another part or expand it and we meet the rest of Svt or we see Wonwoo find his partner, I wouldn’t be mad at it *cough* 👀

It actually felt really strange to write Junhui in this being a little bit of an asshole, what with not listening to her and just presuming that she wanted the same as him. But they were both in the same situation for the first time and it was something new for both of them and I hope he redeemed himself pretty well.

Joshua and Jeonghan in this are two of my favourite characters I've written, I think. They're both ancient and so you'd presume they were very serious and severe about everything. And then they appear and are just the most chaotic duo who don't take themselves seriously at all.

I will admit as I was writing this part I was thinking about how the whole world could be expanded. Like maybe seeing Joshua and Jeonghan in different time periods or finding out how they all met, or like you say Wonwoo finally finding someone and maybe dealing with how to tell her what he is? The possibilities with all of them are really endless and I love writing them all so much.

I really think it's sad there aren't so many Junhui stories out there (if you have any suggestions let me know!) so I definitely want to write more for him in general, in the future.

'We've got eternity' was so beautiful. The level of angst was just right and I loved that Junhui didn't try to justify what he said. He knew he was wrong and that was that- if only more people could be like him!

Once again I loved the historical elements. The way you manage to insert the characters into those different time stamps in history makes everything so much more entertaining.

I'm firmly in the camp of believing Joshua won that olympic race.

And the inclusion of African culture as someone who is mixed race was so refreshing to see!

I'm pleased you liked it!! I was worried there was a little too much angst? But then it also felt like quite a big thing for them to argue about so I didn't want to resolve it too soon.

AND YES I wish people would just be more "I messed up, I'm sorry" but I suppose that's the level of majority that comes with being almost 2000 years old 😂

I think I mentioned a couple of times throughout both stories that Jun had lived all over the world, so it felt like it made sense there would be something from Africa too (seeing as how I'd already mentioned Europe, Asia, South America etc). I just hope I've done it justice without messing up the context of it because I loved researching what artefacts he might have.

I'm totally with you and Joshua definitely did win that race.

Jun : "I've tried BEING a pigeon so, of course I'll speak the pigeon laguage fluently" [Once you become a pigeon for a year : you become a native speaker of Pigeonese"

Joshua : "And to add to that, if you become a pigeon, you can save on the cost of the flight tickets. You can go to any country you want to go"

Jeonghan : "But you'll.. you'll have to fly for 12 hours though?"

Joshua : [Did not know that]

I thought it was the end when Jun stormed off, he didn't want to hear her, I know he was hurt but he didn't let her explain her train of thought or her worries

Thankfully she had Wonwoo, I forgot how protective he is of her, man is always ready to throw hands when Jun makes her cry. Also, I'm siding with Jeonghan and Joshua, they knew he made her sad, no questions asked.

I never thought of Joshua and Dolly Parton in the same sentence, but you know what? I'm going to get behind him, she really has done a lot for children!

I love him for suggesting to put a piece of their story, and the way he explained his reasons was perfect, that truly shows how much she means to her 🥹

Joshua and Jeonghan are literally my new favourite double act. They're both so so passionate about the things they bullshit about (not that I'm saying Joshua was bullshitting about Dolly Parton- he's not stopping until she's got that sainthood☝🏻).
