• you had told him mid-makeover because he wanted to test a new look on you.

• he had just been holding your face and it felt right.

• when you said it his eyes blew wide

• honestly he had forgotten that you could go home

• he had just assumed you’d stay

• but to he’s you say it? His hand moved form holding your chin to cupping your cheek, his eyes softening.

• he didn’t finish the look but instead just held you close all night as it sunk in and all the ideas of a future together be it platonic or romantic flooded in his mind

• like riddle you were almost the catalyst for the weird change of events that help him begin to grow as a person and let himself breathe finally.

• so you staying was amazing.

• the idea of you leaving plagues him yet blessed him

• wether he wanted you to leave or stay danced in his mind like rivals every time he saw you

• so when you said it to yourself finally admitting it knowing he was there on some intuition level , you heard him jump quickly as he crashed into you holding tightly

• he wanted you to pursue your own beautiful future but a selfish part wanted you to stay! So this was perfect! The best of both worlds

• he couldn’t help but rant and rave for hours on end about how overcome with joy he is! You have endured so much! It was so amaizng! You have survived it all and have chosen to stay!

• he clings to you for the rest of the week quite honestly

• You both were getting an errand done or something when you had mentioned it casually trying to see if he’s not reaction how he did.

• he dropped what he was holding and lost his mask for his accent as he began shouting excitedly about how you need to think about these things and think of a time and fucking place damn!

• though when he finally calmed down a little he hugged you so tight jumping up and down telling you that you’ve gotta tell everyone!

• you’re one of his best friends! He’s so happy!

• like Deuce he immediately offers you a home with him after school or even just so you have someplace to go in the holidays instead of staying on campus! (Especially after learning what happened in book 4-)

1.  Deer have an excellent sense of smell that they constantly improve by licking their noses to keep them moist.

2. Deer meat is highly nutritious and edible for human consumption. Male deer are called 'Bucks' and female deer are called 'Does'.

3. A baby deer is called a 'Fawn', and they mostly live in forests and fields. Mother deer are very caring...like really caring...because the mother would eat their babies feces to get rid of the scent, which will be hard to detect afterwards. Yeah...um...

4. They are herbivores; they're not picky eaters and will eat nearly anything. 

5. They're quite shy and introverted, not tending to socialise with people; they're in constant danger of predators, so they have to be alert at all times! So no, just because a deer keeps on staring at you doesn't mean it's a Skinwalker. They're just being careful because they don't wanna freaking get eaten by coyotes or any other predators.  

6. They're very good at swimming and jumping, so they can be somewhat athletic. And there are many species of deer, for example, the picture of the deer with white is called a piebald deer with vitiligo. 

7. They use their speed to run away from danger! Since they're very good at running!

🍎He finally has someone who's cuter than him! You bet he's gonna call you adorable and cute all the time! Plus- depending on your species of deer- you're shorter than him, so that's a win, win! Heck yeah! But even if you're tall he still loves you deeply.

🍎He likes that you're naturally athletic and always accompanies you on your morning runs and even swimming! He has a buddy he can train with, heck yeah! He admires your strength and skills and wishes to match them one day. So he trains even more, of course he takes breaks by having cute picnics in the forest with you!

He’s trying really hard to act like he’s not nervous.

It’s not working.

Epel Felmier stands with his arms crossed, posture stiff, voice a little too sharp when he finally speaks up.

“Y’know,” he says, glancing away like the wall is suddenly very interesting, “you don’t gotta keep lookin’ at me like that.”

you blink. “like what?”

“like I’m— I dunno— fragile or somethin’,” he mutters.

that makes you pause. “I don’t think you’re fragile.”

he looks back at you immediately. suspicious.

“…for real?”

you nod. “for real.”

there’s a beat where he just stands there, processing that like it doesn’t quite fit into the version of reality he was expecting.

then he clicks his tongue. “Tch. Good.”

but his shoulders loosen a little anyway.

you start walking beside him, and he pretends not to notice you matching his pace—but he definitely notices.

“you always talk like that?” he asks after a moment.

“like what?”

“like you ain’t tryin’ to prove anything,” he says. “it’s kinda annoying.”

you raise an eyebrow. “is that a compliment or an insult?”

“Dunno yet,” he says honestly.

that earns a small laugh from you.

he hears it.

of course he does.

and he gets red instantly.

“Quit laughin’!” he snaps, but it’s half-hearted at best. “I ain’t sayin’ nothin’ funny!”

you smile. “you kind of are though.”

“no I’m not.”

“you kind of are.”

he grumbles something under his breath in his accent, kicking a small stone off the path like it personally offended him.

you slow down a bit.

he notices immediately.

“what?” he asks, sharper again, but not mean.

you shrug. “just walking.”

“…you’re slow,” he says.

“am not.”

“are too.”

you speed up a little just to prove a point.

he matches you instantly.

of course he does.

after a moment, he glances at you again, quieter now.

“…you always walk with people like this?” he asks.

“like what?”

“like you’re actually stayin’,” he says, like it’s not something he’s used to assuming.

you think about it.

“…only when I want to,” you say.

he scoffs softly. “that don’t answer nothin’.”

“it answers enough.”

he looks away again, but his ears are a little red.

“…weird,” he mutters.

you bump his shoulder lightly. “you’re the one still walking next to me.”

he pauses.

then, quieter than before: “Yeah… I guess I am.”

and this time, he doesn’t speed ahead.

• honestly seeing you in your full attire rather than little accessories that adorn your uniform was surprising

• he knew you more than likely had a pretty distinct style since not many really deviant from the usual uniform

• so when he saw it..

• he was…honestly pretty here for it?

• you don’t many alternative kinda styles in harvest town so seeing you with your getup is intriguing!

• he loves the colours that typically go with it too, he jokes about how you’re more an “apple” than he is because igari has a lot of reds and greens

• if you’re a man or just more masc leaning he was a little iffy because to him it’s a very feminine style and he doesn’t see many men in it… but he decides to let it go because he knows that you’re happy in it and that’s all that matters

• also it makes him swoon (regardless of gender)

• does wanna match with you at least once too

• definitely goes to buy you little earrings or bracelets or something

• he may be learning but if Vil even DARESSSS to comment he’s sitting there seething like a little chihuahua (he knows Vil means well but he doesn’t want him to accidentally discourage you or you to take it the wrong way like he’s done with Vil before)
