You can make your own nachos at this bar, which is great for parties and get-togethers. It combines the savory tastes of charcuterie with traditional nacho toppings, so your guests can make their own tasty nacho creations.
Ingredients: 1 bag of tortilla chips. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced red onions. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 cup pickled jalapeo slices. 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni. 1/2 cup prosciutto slices. 1/2 cup salami slices. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup guacamole. 1/4 cup salsa. 1/4 cup queso dip.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Place the tortilla chips on a large baking sheet so that they remain flat. Spread the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese out over the chips in a thin layer. To make the cheese melt and bubble, put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Get the toppings ready while the nachos are in the oven. Put the black olives, pickled jalapeo slices, pepperoni slices, prosciutto slices, salami slices, and diced tomatoes in small bowls. Take the nachos out of the oven and let them cool down a bit. Put the ready-made toppings on top of the cheese that has been melted. Add some fresh cilantro leaves as a garnish. Put sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and queso dip out on the side so that people can dip their nachos in them. Let your guests put together their own nachos however they like! Have fun with your tasty charcuterie nacho bar!
