I don’t know…probably how TomTord is portrayed in Cuptoast’s version of Pork Soda.

It’s just such a complex and angst-filled relationship that was doomed from the start, which in my opinion is what makes it the most captivating ship in Eddsworld.

I love that we can see how Tom hates Tord’s guts since he is harassed by him constantly, but at the same time shows how he doesn’t want to fight him in the scene where Tom starts crying, filled with anger, distraught, and sorrow, wondering what lead them to that situation.

How Tord is obsessed over Tom and just keeps reminiscing on their past friendship, yet at the same time somewhat hates how he can’t stop thinking about Tom and how he keeps longing for him.

How it’s shown that Tord thought that their arguments/rage baiting were like a demonstration of their love(if you can call it that), but also how shocked and petrified he was when he realized that his actions negatively impacted Tom and how the feelings when those actions were taken weren’t mutual.

How Tord saw his feelings as petty and weak, how he hid and repressed those emotions, and how he spiraled when Tom was able to demonstrate his own complex emotions during their fight.

How Tord’s feelings for Tom went from a simple friendship, to obsession and then hatred with a dash of longing, and how Tord’s obsession eventually led to Tom developing a distaste towards him.

How Tom reacts when he sees Tord come back to their home, not being sad or devastated, but seeing him as a threat that needs to be handled immediately, showing how Tord’s actions actually changed Tom’s perception of him.

How Tord grabs his prosthetic/robotic arm when he sees Tom in the battlefield, which can be interpreted as him hating or fearing Tom for hurting him physically and emotionally.

How Tord clenches the “wanted” poster of Tom, being upset at the fact that after all those years, he is still thinking about him.

And last but not least, how it is clearly shown that they were both hurting each other in their relationship, and that it was never going to work out for them no matter how hard they tried to ignore that fact.
