Ingredients: 4 large eggs. 1/4 cup heavy cream. Salt and pepper, to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/4 cup black olives, sliced. 1 avocado, sliced. Fresh parsley, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Add the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper to a bowl and whisk them together until they are well mixed. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Put the egg mix into the pan and don't touch it for two to three minutes, or until the edges begin to set. Add the black olive slices to the eggs. Place the avocado slices on top of the eggs with care. The frittata should be cooked for three to four more minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and the eggs are set. Slowly loosen the frittata's edges with a spatula and slide it onto a plate. If you want, you can add fresh parsley as a garnish. The Keto Breakfast Frittata with Black Olives and Fried Avocado can be served hot or at room temperature. Have fun!
