Back when I was living with my mom..

My moms new husband thinks it's hilarious to harass lgbt+ people using the excuse of

" I'm not homophobic my cousins gay. I'm just trying to lead them down tbe right path."

He had been harassing me all day because I refused to say that my sexuality and gender identity is " a phase "

He would demand I not use my labels because they make him uncomfortable and made him feel like he was a outsider in " his house and country "

He called me all sorts of slurs and was having a actaul tantrum... Like stomping his feet and throwing himself on the floor because he wasn't getting what he wanted.

He left and I was so thankful for him being away but then he came back ahd started being " nice " to me.

As I was sitting with my brother maoing Smores that's when my mothers husband came out and handed me a bible.

He said

" here because clearly you need it. "

So I looked at him then the bible then tossed it into the fire.

I went

" Thanks I did need more kindling "

He began screaming and crying about how disrespectful I am and how horrible I am.

Screaming how he would not tolerate disrespect for Christianity.

Him and my mom threw a huge fit and I just didn't care.

I kept making jokes about how it made good roasted marshmallows and how I could taste the bigotry.
