WorkOut WedNesday | @mulo_motivation 🔆Tips & Tricks🔆 - 🍗 Protein In The Diet - First of all it’s important because of amino acids that make up protein which are responsible in everything to do with structure, hormones, to our enzymes, immune chemicals, the transportation of protein in our body and more. - If you don’t get enough amino acids you’ll be in a negative net protein balance which has to do with your nitrogen in vs output. Essentially what I am trying to say is if you don’t get enough amino acids and the net protein balance is Low for too long. You lose some vital functions. They shut down - How you can solve this problem is by fixing your diet. Adding more protein rich foods in your regiment. I won’t get into the categories of amino acids. This is just for another that reads to understand. - You can get protein from things such as eggs, casein protein, cottage cheese, chicken breast, lentils, Beef , Pork etc... additionally if you are someone that exercises. Have at least .8 grams of protein per pound of body weight. If you are cutting , due to low calories have at least 1 to 1.5 grams per pound of body to preserve more muscle. It’s vital to have enough protein in your diet, because protein has essential amino acids your body needs to function properly. It goes deeper than just building more muscle or keeping muscle, it’s for your health. Further more keep in mind your body is a temple. Treat yourself like it with how you eat.
