Am I right??⁣ ⁣ I used to get so upset 😭 that I was having a hard time working out around these times, or being a role model for my team...but I quickly realized💡I needed to love on me to be able to be stronger in other departments. ⁣ ⁣ The best decision I made was to listen to my body and rest...sleep...do whatever it takes to feel good. ⁣ ⁣ Because my body rejects medication, we do this naturally and I am A-Okay with that. NEWSFLASH!! Going back to the USA Saturday. Mrs S just received her biometrics appointment, and it’s freakin TUESDAY!!!! We were thinking that I might have to reschedule my return flight for later in March, but now we’re going to have to AirBnB Saturday to Tuesday and Mrs S goes back to Japan. Unfortunately, however, I cannot refill my glatiramer acetate (generic Copaxone) until MID FUCKING APRIL!! So I’m technically homeless until then, so I’ll have to figure something out in the meantime. Not to mention that I have to re-apply for the CVS/SPECIALTY FHP to make it all happen. Yes I’ve finally fitted cleats to my bike shoes! Not to use, but to fill in the “dip” in my soles that make it awkward on my flats. Sadly with my MS I don’t have great balance, so it’ll always be flats. No matter, I still love it!😊 #msproblems (at Birmingham, United Kingdom)
