I haven't mentioned how much I adore my job yet. Ugh. The hospital life is the life for me. At first I was thinking, " What did I get myself into?? I should just be a secretary." Oh goodness. I was sooo wrong. The ICU can be a little overwhelming, but it truly is wonderful. I may have what seems to be a small job, but at least I have room to grow and can expand my knowledge there. I feel like I have the personality and mind set that is needed for it. I could be more outgoing and compassionate, but that is something I will just have to work on. I wish I worked full time so I could work there more often.
