i totally agree, that was the worst part of the entire movie. i would be interested to see what the people who don’t know the musical thought about it, but it was SO out of place, SO boring, and his singing was terrible. i am not looking forward to the 30 minute scene that’s inevitably coming in part 2 for wonderful LMAO

as a movie i would rate it like a 6.5/10 but if i just think about all the songs back to back it jumps to a 9/10. truly it’s the additions that were the worst part. the only changes that i really liked were 1. the restructuring of something bad for pacing and 2. the enhanced animal side plot

I've definitely posted about the process before in the notes, but if you want details I'm afraid I can't do more than written descriptions because I didn't photograph the whole process :( and if you need photos at that point I may as well make another.

I would happily take a commission for it, but the cost of materials alone is about $60 give or take, and the actual work it takes to make probably is about 15ish hours? Double that if you account for design time in which i unraveled and rewove things in order to make adjustments to just the design of the beadwork alone, not any measurements.

It's also not an adjustable harness, so I'd need some pretty specific measurements. I'd have to figure out what those are first, since I was able to model this on myself as I went (though I am excellent at estimating length and size so didn't need to adjust much).

I would probably quote you $350 for a custom one before shipping! Additionally, I would ask for 20% of the payment upfront to cover material costs and any labor I might do in case of a cancellation. I'm willing to go down to probably $250 because we're all broke and unemployed here, but it's still a considerable amount of work, and I'm much more skilled than i was when I first made it. Just letting you know now so you have an idea of how much it would cost if you're serious about commissioning me.

I wonder if there's something to be said about the repression of wants and burying feelings that's sort of expected and that contributing to negative readings about characters that do that. But that's probably giving bad faith readings about Fjord a bit too much credit.

I adore him, but admittedly forgot how much he complains and wicked forgot about that trait of his. That likely led to my confusion. I really appreciate you taking the time to thoughtfully answer my question and sparing me from the full extent of your salt lol! I always enjoy hearing your opinions as I always feel I learn something new or get to look at something from an angle I hadn't considered.

While I'm here: what were some of your favourite moments from Projekt Funball? I loved Fjord thunder stepping Yasha out of the Force Cage! It was not only clutch, but a lovely parallel to him trying to save Yasha in the Laughing Hand fight and her not being willing.
