So thanks to this lovely sinus infection that now has slowly moved to my chest... I was on my oxygen all night 😑 yeah, I know I am suppose to be on it every night but let's be honest-- I don't use it unless I have to 🙄. Still up at 5 am this morning and headed to gym after a quick breakfast snack ( please stay down food!🙏🏻) I am. It gonna lie and say I rocked the gym today! That elliptical machine kicked my butt!! Then add it being able to breath out your nose-- 😵 BUT I didn't push the cool down button till 13 minutes ( I so wanted to just jump off after 7 minutes! 😂) At the end of the day, I am still proud and happy that I got dressed, drove to the gym and put work in... no matter how little or big!!
