The Good Place 2.02

Does Mindy being in Medium Place means she was actually the best human being who died, on Earth, since the last person who actually got to the Good Place???

Alright, this one’s different from most, but hear me out.

We are in the Medium Place, it’s not the Bad Place as a trick or anything like that, but...

Mindy St. Clair has some sort of deal with the Bad Place to screw with Team Cockroach.

Think about it, Mindy throughout the rest of the series was anything but hospitable when it comes to the team. To the point where when Eleanor and Chidi went to them the last time, she was really annoyed. Now all of a sudden she lets them run this whole experiment with a bunch of demons and eight humans in her backyard? Something’s off.

Now think about what we know about Mindy. She was given everything she wanted, but a worse version of it. She’s desperate for sex and cocaine, and she was mostly a bad person. The same way Trevor convinced Eleanor to go with him in season 1, they would have an easier time with her.
