3. If your OC could revisit their childhood, what would they want to change about it, if anything at all?

having to go to work at thirteen kind of sucked. his childhood was pretty great though - and honestly, that's why it hurts so much.

9. Describe a mundane day in your OC's life.

at the time of the story i just wrote like a week ago, he pretty much just wakes up, goes to work in retail, eats lunch, does more work in retail, visits his mom if it's thursday, goes to sleep. he's trying to save up for college and he wants to work in his mom's facility. idk if that will happen but it's what he wants.

15. What is your OC's fatal flaw?

i don't know. let's think about it. he's very self-destructive when it comes to his mom. he'd do anything for her. i'm still not 100% sure but after like ten minutes of thinking that's the best ive got

18. What are your OC's bad habits?

late nights ending alone, conversations with a stranger i barely know-

no no that's an ed sheeran lyric. anyway. he likes to break things a bit more than he should, but it's pretty well-maintained. he likes to hold out hope for things he knows will never happen and makes himself upset. he takes care of others before himself, and this was especially detrimental when his mom was still living with him. also he pulls his hair when he's stressed.

35. If your OC had to kill someone, how would they do it? If killing is a near-daily occurrence to them, what is their preferred method?

PLEASE 😭 I feel like this is the biggest compliment and insult a writer can receive at the same time. But honestly you fell for my Red Herring 😛

That was exactly the fun part of writing Eleanor, making everyone suspicious enough that you keep questioning who you can trust, while still making you emotionally attached to them, and Margaret... she was never written to be someone you could simply hate from the beginning. Her bond with oc was real, which is exactly why the reveal hurt so much.
