I think something's wrong with our hero-prince.
Visiting the Divine Dragons
Happy 32nd anniversary to Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem!
I wasnt sure what to draw but I had this meme redraw idea for a LONG time and wanted to redraw the "I suffered, why shouldn't they?" "I suffered, and I'll do my best to help people because of it" with Medeus and Marth because playing both FE3 and FE12 really made me really like both characters so much, and ESPECIALLY Marth.
Dont you just find it inspiring that despite his trauma, and despite how mad and vengeful he was, Marth still remained to be a kind guy and even wanted to reconcile with the same kingdom that betrayed him and caused said trauma? :')
anyways sorry this was late my dumb ass forgot to charge my tablet once I was done with the engage anniversary art ðŸ˜
ok but what are the odds that fe3 and fe17, the games that both have marth as its main character, have its release dates one day apart from each other lmao

I do kind of wish there were unlockable Emblems for Fire Emblem's greatest villians. That should've been the Fell Xenologue's selling point, honestly. If good is bad and bad is good, then the protectors of that world should be the bloodthirsty monsters of games prior. Emblems who really don't like being here, but are kind of forced to be here anyways.
Think about it. Emblem Medeus, Emblem Berkut, Emblem Zephiel, Emblem Lyon, Emblem Walhart, etc. There's some great options in there. Lyon would've been the easiest to work with, since I think he's the most sympathetic of the villians I mentioned. But imagine these emblems. They'd be powerful and useful, but their bond conversations would be something amazing. They'd just be frustrated to be here, but I think they could make some connections. If we can have an Emblem Oliver, I feel like he could have some weird relationships with people. He was a bizarre slaver who was obsessed with beauty and thought he was the most beautiful man ever. He'd have something funny to offer.
I don't know why, but my brain suggested this concept to me once. And now I just still kind of wish it happened. Because villian emblems sounds like such a ridiculous but compelling concept. I love it.
I'd like to refute the idea that Loptous and Medeus would ever get along, ignoring how Medeus is already considered a traitor for becoming the only Earth Dragon Manakete, the moment he brings up 'man I miss Naga even if she was kind of stupid' in front of Loptous, Loptous would start crying, screaming, throwing up, and then explode.
Medeus: Swearings a sin, Theseus! I’m going to tell my mother on you!
Theseus:…My Dad has pictures of your mother naked-
