Baby backs! Tonight’s meal is pork Baby Back ribs from @harterhouseeastgate seasoned with @meatchurch Honey Hog and smoked with apple and cherry woods. I cooked them on our @kamadojoe Big Joe 3 at 300 degrees controlled by the @flamebosssmokes 500. I used @fogocharcoal as the fuel. One rack was glazed with @treatyoak Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Served with @resersfinefoods Macaroni Salad and boiled sweet corn.
