What an enjoyable patty, whereas it would have probably just been "meh" with store bought meat. THIS is how meat used to taste, when I was a youngster...boy, have things changed. You could tell, it was JUST meat without fillers & so very flavorful. Not all #gristly . I'll definitely let you know about the bacon & chicken, when we try it.
