That's weird? I just checked and it's up for me. It might be a VPN thing, if you have one try turning it on and off and checking both ways. If not that then there is a back up of it on Archive.org both as a big zip and on waybackmachine.

Wayback machine has all mods from 2019, but apparently not newer stuff.

I stumbled upon this thread over at MATY where SaraMK had extracted all ts2 icons/uieffects from SimPE. The seasons upload still works, but the main one doesn't. Theo kindly re-uploaded it on page 3 (thank you!) back in 2015 and I re-uploaded both that one and the seasons one to this sfs folder, just in case :-)
