One of the most memorable roles of my career has been my part in the MCU. It was never intended to play out this way, but after some backlash of me playing a 3rd Marvel character, Stan decided to roll with it. In 2027, I’d have been in a total of 18 different marvel movies under many different names.

Marvel has had the multiverse implicated into the movies in many ways;

The 3 different Spider-Men

The TVA in LOKI

Deadpool and Wolverine Variants

Etc.

But it’s always different/same faced versions of the same character (Toby, Andrew, and Tom all being Peter Parker) other than the legend himself, Stan Lee, we’ve yet to see one face as different people in the multiverse. And as shifters, we know that one face’s fate can differ drastically from timeline to timeline.

That’s where I come in.

Spider-Man: Earth-96283

My first marvel role was as Flint Marko’s Daughter. I have a very very small role in this movie and only a few seconds of screen time. Most people don’t even catch me on their first watch as I wasn’t as famous back then, but when they re-watch the movies after I’ve settled into the others, a few of the viewers get a good laugh when they recognise me.

The saddest of my roles, There was really no backlash at all when I got cast for this movie because most people couldn’t even remember I was in the original Spider-Man movie, and other actors have been 2 characters before aswell (Chris Evans as Cap and Johnny).

MCU: Earth-199999

I play my Marvel Dr self in a whopping 10 MCU movies. The Avengers movies, a trilogy of my own, and Spider-Man:NWH. After the release of Avengers 2012, there was a lot of backlash. I had just acted as a different marvel character only a few months before hand. Stan Lee had heard all of the concerns, and while in the midst of filming another marvel movie that takes place in yet another timeline, he thought of the idea to have me cameo in every different timeline. He asked how I felt about the idea and I of course said yes. Thus, History was made.

It was my role in ‘The Wolverine” where fans started realising what was happening. While still in the beginnings of this idea the fans were split 50/50, some had concerns about how the multiverse would play into the movies in the future and if my characters would get lost in each other, while everyone else loved the idea and were excited to see where this would go.

Now fully integrated into my role in the franchise, the fans are super excited to see yet another persona of my ever-growing marvel characters. This new characters vastly different personality and appearance was a pleasant surprise to many and a shock to all that I had shaved my head. Alongside ‘The Wolverine’ the movies that take place on the 2 known Earths allow me be apart of all 3 major x-men timelines/branches, and a brief, faceless cameo of Ladypool adds yet another timeline to the list and has the fans excited when they find out it’s me under the suit from interviews after the movie comes out.

Venom: Earth-688

My role in Venom is even more fleeting that in Spider-Man 2007. You can only see a glimpse of my side profile as I shop alongside Eddie Brock in the beginning of his symbiotic relationship. I’m only in about 3 clips and I don’t even have dialogue, allowing some of the less observant viewers to be upset when I don’t make an appearance, only to google why I wasn’t in the movie and see a blurry photo of me in the background of a scene. This role reminds the viewer that while I am being shown in all of the different timelines, there are an infinite number of them, and “I” will not be apart of the “main storyline” in every reality.

Fantastic 4: Earth-828

A new timeline, another character. 60s themed this time, though my character doesn’t portray the era very well. Since Joseph Quinn and I are married, Johnny’s little crush on Shalla-Bal adds yet another multiversal aspect to the franchise, even bringing the theory into this reality as Johnny “finally finds someone interesting”.
