hey chat get this to 50 notes by Thursday and I’ll show my marching band director this. Reb if u agree that we should have a high leg transition from our ballad to our reprise
three reasons why we should do this:
It looks really neat
judges said they wanted more visuals and more marching technique verity
Lillian is awesome and does a lot for our band
🤍Phantom Regiment 2011 🤍
Juliet - Elsa’s Procession to the Cathedral
I love this show dearly. I got to see Phantom at DCI opening night last year and they played this as their encore. I cried a little.
- 📸
just a memory
manifesting a good tan for everyone in marching band/dci/color guard, etc

intro! <3
yes
I was thinking about what instruments the cast from inglorious basterds would play during class. So, I came up with a small list so far. Marching band to be specific, I’ll do concert band after.
Aldo- Snare drum or Quads
Donny- Quad drums
Hugo- Sousaphone or bass drum
Hans- Mellophone
Dieter- Baritone/Euphonium
I’ll do the rest after I rewatch the movie-
March in Measure
At Meguro Senior High, the marching band doesn’t just play music—it survives it. Between sun-scorched drills, cracked reeds, and near-military leadership, the only thing holding the ensemble together is mutual trauma and a metronome set slightly too fast.
You’ve been with the band long enough to master every set and sidestep every tantrum. Your trombone section is solid, your drill spots are burned into your soles, and your patience for pretentious flute players is razor-thin. Especially Senku Ishigami, a walking calculator, tempo snob, and the one person who always catches you messing up when no one else does.
But this season isn’t about rivalry. It’s about precision. A televised parade is coming, and with stakes higher than ever, the pressure cooker of after-school practices, ego collisions, and subtle glances across block formations is about to push everyone past their limits.
Some people break under pressure. Some get better.
And some, like you and Senku, start to notice things they probably shouldn’t during the rests.
