dieter is perhaps more of a jealous husband than hans

territorial would be an understatement

you'd thought his possessiveness might've lessened once you'd tied the knot, hoping that he'd be less protective now that it was official

you couldn't have been more wrong

being married to dieter domestically was bliss - he would treat you like a goddess, barely letting you do anything for yourself

you would never have to worry about anything: bills, admin tasks, cleaning the house, cooking (unless you enjoyed it) - he'd make sure they were all taken care of

it was only when you stepped outside of the house would his demeanour change

his arm would be firmly interlocked with your own, and he wouldn't leave you for so much as a second

he could hardly hold a conversation, so much was he preoccupied with making sure no other men on the street were looking at you

even if you happened to bump into an old friend out with her husband, he would be silently fuming the whole interaction - though of course he wouldn't be so rude as to not let you catch up

dieter, though it may sound counterintuitive, did also very much enjoy showing you off; he couldn't have been more proud having you on his arm

for the most part his behaviours were known to his colleagues, so most people knew not to let their attentions linger on you, or would allow their wives to do most of the talking

if someone did happen to look at you for a beat too long, you can be sure you'd be leaving the party early

it may sound a little cloying, but by now you were used to this, and if anything his jealousy only made him more... affectionate

dieter was very excited to finally be married to you so he can finally have kids

i think he's definitely the kind to wait until marriage to have children, and you just know he's been holding back for so long

his frustration is so pent up that he's itching for the honeymoon, to finally get you alone
