So if the assassins are located in Deepnest, how do they get out to do their job with the Mantis Lords closely guarding the entry? (...ignoring the fact that Deepnest has multiple exits and entries...) well, what if there was a mantis who secretly worked with the assassins and helped them leave whenever they needed to? This is Skitter, he's 19 years old and is supposed to be a mantis warrior, tasked with making sure no intruders enter the village. Skitter somehow knows about the assassins and helps them whenever they need it, fully aware of how dangerous it is to go behind his leaders' backs... I sure hope nothing bad happens to him.
