This time, the entire Ultramarines Second Company must be assembled under the command of Captain Acheran. Chaos is advancing far too quickly, and the situation on Demerium is rapidly deteriorating.

First, we have to cross an actual battlefield in space, using our jump packs to navigate between ships locked in combat. Wreckage, bodies, celestial debris... There's no shortage of things to dodge if we don't want to meet a rather abrupt end in the void. The sequence is short but intense, and before long, we finally make planetfall on this strange world...

It doesn't take long to discover that the Adeptus Mechanicus has excavated the Aurora weapon from deep beneath the planet's surface, amid ancient structures covered in occult markings. Chairon suspects the influence of Chaos. But Titus knows better.

Archmagos Leuze believes he can harness their dormant technology to drive back the forces of Chaos. But he is being manipulated by Imurah, the Thousand Sons Sorcerer, who intends to reverse the artefact's polarity and tear open a breach in reality itself.
